Steps to Preparation of Ginger Ale Food Drinks.
1. Shred ginger in a food processor
or with a hand grater. Make it smooth and fine.
2. Boil water and add the ginger to
it. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
3. Sieve the content to obtain a
clear filtrate.
4. To the filtrate, add honey. (More can be added to taste.)
